Great tool for learning real life negotiation skills

I bought this book years ago and still use the many lessons today in my business and everyday life. Whether you are haggling at a garage sale, buying a used car, or negotiating a business contract, the lessons learned in this book really stick. I really like the way the book broke down negotiation tactics into detailed descriptions of how they work. Roger Dawson gives each one a memorable name and a humorous illustration that helps you remember each one (my favorite was the "hot potato") If you are interested in learning negotiation skills quickly and easily in terms that the layman can understand, this is the book for you.

Want it or not, no matter what your occupation or agenda be on life, you need to negotiate your way on a day by day basis.
