Great for those who know what they want

This planner is great for the bride that already knows what they want for their wedding and where they want it to be. I just needed something that provided all the checklist and forms, I didn't need an idea book and this one is perfect for that. Give plenty of space to fill things out and all the details I needed. I reccommend this to anyone who knows what type of wedding they want and simply needs a guideline and checklist.

Helps you keep your sanity!

I got many "wedding-planning" type book at my engagement, but this was by-far the best! My husband's aunt gave it to me ... It's a workbook type thing that takes you through everything step-by-step, and it's great to keep afterwards as a momento. We've been married 5 years now and I still look at it from time to time.

THIS WAS VERY HELPFUL AND RESOURCEFUL

This book got me organized and on track with the planning. Everything is mapped out and organized to keep the bride on schedule. You won't forget a thing with this book. Get it!

Realistic wedding planning for the 90s

When I first got engaged, I sat down in my local bookstore for over an hour pouring through the twenty or so wedding planners and guidebooks. I wanted to find the one that was just right for me. This book was perfect.Weddings today rarely are the traditional weddings our parents may have had in the 50s. This book presents a realistic, down to earth version of what to expect, while still informing you of traditional methods. I especially liked the guest listing wich helped me track so many aspects of the pre- and post- wedding activities. I don't have a lot of time to plan my wedding, and the worksheets provided for interviewing vendors was a fabulous help. All of the questions I needed were already well thought out for me.Each of the books I looked at had something I liked about it, but seemed to be missing some important section. This book really combined the best parts of everything else I saw on the market. If you are tired of reading books about wh! at your $30,000 (!!) wedding MUST be like, or reading books that don't apply to your complicated 90s family structure, this book will be a great help.
