Women's Ways of Leading

The authors begin by defining leadership as "the capacity to engage in reciprocal, purposeful learning in community." We males ordinarily do not view it that way-- at least not until we grow older. We should. The authors repeatedly illustrate the value of mentoring-- of sharing-- of listening. Any woman who reads this book should be careful that the man her life might benefit as much or more from the reading of it. The world needs leaders-- male and female-- who can absorb the lessons found between the covers of this fine book.
