Finally, a book that covers specialized issues in ways that anyone can understand. It's a great reference in my bookshelf that I will reach for many times. And it's a great gift for my fitness-minded friends. I've already ordered two to give.

This was far and away the best book I have ever read on women's fitness. Easy to understand and well written with great advice. It is about time we had a book written specifically for and about women.
