Most of the art in this book is from the 1930's and before. This is about women and flowers and how similar we are and how we compliment each other. There are ads with women and flowers and photographs and paintings with women and flowers. This books shows how beauty moves in curves. I bought it in a college book store back in the mid '90's while I was having eating problems and while this is about appreciation and not therapy, it was therapy to me because it helped me appreciate my body. I am an artist now and use it for inspration. The woman on the cover has inspired more work out of me than any college profesor and the work inside has been a smorgasborg of thought. My work has improved because of this and if you are a person who loved Victoria Magazine, this book will make you smile.
