Wombat Revenge

Author Kenneth Cook has a simple formula. (1) Go somewhere (2) Encounter a local animal (3) nearly get killed by local animal (4) write about it. From this simple pattern springs a multitude of hilarious variations, and by the time you are finished reading this book, you will be convinced that either Australia is the most dangerous continent on earth, or that Mr. Cook is the unluckiest man in all of Australia. (or more likely, Both.) "Wombat Revenge" is the second in a trilogy, preceded by "Killer Koala" and followed by "Frill-Neck Frenzy", but it does not matter what order you read the books, or even the stories within one book. All of the stories stand alone, and all of them are very funny. Kenneth Cook's books are difficult to find outside of Australia, so if you get the opportunity to read one, do not pass it by.
