I have to say that I don't understand why this book was rated so low! It is an excellent book and I would recomend it to anyone I loved! Edain is a wonderful writer and she explains everything so well, such as how to pronounce those hard "craft" words.This book is brilliant!

This is an excellent book for anyone wanting to study the Irish form of Wicca--includes some rather interesting anecdotes, recipes, & even music--and LOTS of good-old fashioned blarney...

I thought this was an excellent book! It was supposedly related to Celtic Wicca, or Witta, but I thought I could relate it to my own path. Edain McCoy scores again.

As a beginner to the pagan religion, I enjoyed the way this book allows for free thought and still leads you to a wittan/wiccan path. I have much to learn, but I would recommend this book as a starting point for anyone seeking a connection to the old ways.
