Winning Custody

My ex-wife stole this book from me (in revenge?)after I used it as a guideline for my strategy in our divorce. I eventually was awarded primary custody of our children as well in a highly contested litigation. I even retained Mr. Franks at one point to take my ex-wife's depostion that was very effective in revealing very helpful information about her goals and motives pertaining to the custody issues. I highly recommend this book to anyone who may ever be involved in any sort of custodial dispute. When I realized that my copy was gone, I replaced it since since I have recommended this book to many friends and patients in the past who have made good use of it as well.

This book contains excellent info for men seeking custody. It will help you cope with the many games that will come from tthe opposition. Maurice Franks is a superior lawyer in the divorce biz and a real men's rights advocate. The book was a valuable tool for me when I fought for custody and prevailed.
