Olof and Lena Landstrom are one of our favorite authors at home. My son (3.5) loves both the Will series as well as the Boo and Baa series and we have copies of most of them. Very clear and simple and excellent for pre-school reading with lovely artwork.

We love all four Will books (still...my son is 7 but has been liking them since age 2). They're sort of wistful and quiet and wonderful, and characters in one sometimes appear in another. This is our favorite, though. So of course, we have to buy it for all our friends who have children now...
