I borrowed this book from a friend, and I would love to get my own copy. The venison chilli recipe is so amazing. I've never had better. It takes quite a while to make but like I said none better. I recommend this book to anyone who hunts or just buys farm raised game it is such a great book!!! All the recipes are worth a try.
