This book has proved to be a valuable source of information when navigating the maze of applying to colleges! I cannot believe what a fast-read book this book is. There are so many tips on how to get into college, let alone all the money you can save. Besides its simplicty and humor it reveals some candid information on how colleges work, and it is not pretty! Best of all the author minces no words as everything is clear and concise. Another plus is the author's several mentions of being able to contact him directly via phone for a free consultation. I loved the chapter "on the best kept secret." Great contribution by the author. You can pick and choose your chapters as needed or read the entire book to reap all the benefits. My husband and I are beginning the college process for two of our four children, and we are already applying the tactics the author recommends for our children to get into their school of choice.
