Jami Davenport is such a gifted author. The way she writes the scenes make you feel like you are right there in the middle of it all! Jake & Harlee's story made me laugh, cry, and even get a little ticked at one of the characters! There's this one scene where... I don't want to spoil it for you. Get this book! You won't be disappointed. I wasn't.

I loved the humor woven through the story, and there were some really well-developed secondary characters who are begging for books of their own.
