Well Done

Who Brings Forth The Wind is a wonderful book and I enjoyed reading it as Lori Wick so vividly took me into Stacy's world. I felt so much joy and pain and sadness and happiness just as she did, but now that the book is over I am even overcome by ever more emotions. The story consists of a torn marriage that is brought back together midst the struggles of Stacy and Tanner. The love between them eventually grows more deeply and the end of the book is very much God-centered as she committed her life to Christ. I throughouly enjoyed reading this and recomend this book to anyone with a desire to see God move through tragic situations. Well done, Lori Wick!

Challenging

The Kensington Chronicles is my favorite Lori Wick series. I loved this book. It was heart wrenching to read as Stacy struggled through her marriage, and I cried when I imagined what it would be like to experience such pain and disappointment. But I also was reminded of how faithful God is to heal our hurts and give us the strength to endure as Stacy learned to depend on God and trust Him with her life. It was such an encouragement to read as Stacy matured in her walk with Christ and strived to be a Godly wife and mother. Her strength and trust in God challenged me to mature in my own walk with Christ and trust Him with every aspect of my life.

Lori Wick Strikes Again!

I read this book a few years ago, and automatically decided that I had to add it to my collection. The story about an innocent Victorian county girl and a wounded, cynical duke is wonderfully thrilling. I cried, I laughed, I got angry. This book is a powerful witness of how God can turn a situation that seems hopeless into something so good. I agonized with Stacy over Tanner.

Good book by a great author!

Another wonderful book from Lori Wick. Anyone who likes Christian romances is in the right place! this one was different from most because most of their troubles take place after the couple is married instead of before. The characters prove that love forgives time and again. It's well writen and interesting. If you like Lori Wick, read the whole series!

Well written -- you feel the emotions of the characters

A widower, previously hurt by an unloving mother and faithless wife, is drawn to an innocent, sheltered and beautiful young woman, Anastasia. Through misunderstandings, jealousies, false assumptions, and accusations Anastasia stays true and faithful. Her life is living proof of a Savior who cares and eventually her husband turns his heart to God. I enjoyed the interaction and conversations between the characters. You can actually feel their emotions. An excellent novel that I highly recommend for those that enjoy Christian fiction.
