Whispers of the Kerroway: Grady's Guardianship: Grady the wizard protector of the Kerroway Forest in the realm of The Nether Lake

The forest was gigantic, light, and blooming. Its canopy was dominated by linden, oak, and pine, sufficient twinkling lights bursted through their crowns for a motley of herbs to cultivate the boulder covered grounds below.
Thin tree limbs grasped a couple of trees, and a mishmash of flowers, which grew all over the place, contrasted against the otherwise dark forest grounds.
A hodgepodge of animal sounds, predominantly those of birds and vermin, added life to the forest, and were out of sync with the swaying of treetops in the wind.
A rumble in the dark, a wave of heat, and suddenly you're faced by a modest creation of sin and decay of a Demon. Five enraged eyes stare at you with an ominous horror, and another rumble bursts from its abysmal mouth with a tremendous heat.
Two sharp antlers adorn its muscular head, which itself is almost bark-like. A crawling maggot escapes the creature's deformed nostrils set within a beak-like nose.
Its muscular head sits atop a low, stringy body. Flickering energies burst around its torso, but while inspecting this creature it inspects you in turn.
The creature takes a step forward, its two legs lumberingly carry its diabolical body with a threatening energy. A shadowy tail slides behind it, it moves in the air like a charmed snake.
