Where the Pirates Are

I first read this book in the second grade. I saved it and read it with my son when he was the same age. He didn't like reading at all but loved this book. He really liked the fact the setting is in Galveston, TX near where we live. He loves to read now. It was a really great bonding experince and a fun read!

My name is Courtney, and I just finished reading, 'Where the Pirates Are. This book was so good. It's about two boys who search for treasure. The best thing about this book is that it takes place in Galveston, Texas. Thats where I am from. But another good thing about this book is that, it's not only REALLY GOOD, but some of it is true. So that means that there might be REAL treasure still buried around Galveston. But to find out you will have to read the book. So go read it, trust me, this book is a great book, especially if your an adventurer and likes books like Treasure Island.
