When Wizards Rule

This was good, sometimes a little slow, but I enjoyed the hot sex. Has the 3rd Book come out. I haven't seem it.

I bought this book after falling in love with Lora Leigh's Feline Breeds books. Lora Leigh is definitely one of the best Romantica authors out there. When Wizards Rule is set in a magical land in which wizards come in sets of twins, and one sorceress normally joins with a twin set to form a magical trio. So that's one girl, two alpha males. Unfortunately, there is a long-standing rift between wizards and sorceresses, and the sorceresses don't trust the wizards and don't want to join with them. Meanwhile, evil human Seculars are attacking, and the joinings are needed to protect the magical lands. Marina is a young, independent sorceress who wants nothing to do with wizards, and does her best to avoid the sexy Sashtain twins when they try to court her. But the twins are on a mission to save the land, and they set out to seduce her and convince her to join with them. The plot is just background to an erotic love story, but it chugs along smoothly enough and helps keep the anticipation high throughout the book. This is not great literature, and the writing has some flaws (although it is not overly cliche or amatuerish), but that doesn't interfere with the intense eroticism of this story. If nothing else, the first love scene between Marina, Caise and Kai'el is one of the most erotic scenes I've ever read and made the whole book worthwhile. I finished it in no time and then ordered everything else I could find by Lora Leigh. I highly recommend this book to fans of erotic romance.

"When Wizards Rule" has got to be one of the most erotic books I have ever read. It was excellent. If you are looking for a book of that nature then this is the story for you. The story is about a set of very sexy twins , who are wizards, that need to find their mate to align their magic. I loved it and am going to get the first one in the series called "Menage a Magic". If you are in search of a new erotic paranormal series then search no more because this story is excellent.

The second installment in Lora Leigh's Wizard Twins series is surely one of the best books she has ever produced. I was mildly entertained and intrigued while reading Menage a Magick, Brianna's story, and eagerly anticipated this book, number two in the series. I was expecting something along the same lines as Menage a Magick, a wildly erotic ride of a read, with a little fantasy thrown in for the backdrop, but was deeply pleased to find that When Wizards Rule was completely off the charts in comparison. In other words, it totaly one hundred percent rocked. Leigh delves much further into the mistique that is the world of Wizards and Sorceresses. We don't just have an erotic story with a small amount of plot. Oh no, fellow readers! There is a whole lot of plot as well as a whole lot of erotica! Yipeeee!!! Marina is the youngest of the daughters of the Sellane house, which happens to be the ruling house of their country Covenan. You're probably thinking she's some spoiled little princess who just twiddles her thumbs at the hint of danger, but you'd be wrong. Marina is none other than the Keeper of the land and therefore a true force to be reckoned with. Partner that with fierce loyalty to those she loves and a solid sense of right and wrong and you get a princess that can not only handle herself, but one that goes to bat for her family, the land, heck, her entire country. I didn't get a sense that her sister Brianna, in the first book, had any real use as the heroine. Marina, however, is so useful that she soon begins to make her Wizard Twins sweat with worry. Kai'el and Caise (how does one pronounce those??) have come forward to claim Marina for their consort. They know her to be the woman of their dreams, though they could never actually see her in them. They beseech her many times to give them a chance to test their relationship, to come to grips with becoming their consort, but matters soon escalate out of control till Marina has little choice in the matter. As Marina continues to enfuriate her Wizards, desperate times are quickly becoming dangerous ones as the Veressi Wizard Twins seek a Courtship with Marina's oldest sister and heir to the Covenan throne, Serena. All is not what it seems with that set of Twins, who seem to have a hidden agenda. A rising threat from the Seculars, rebel humans, has almost become full out war and Sorceresses are finding more and more reasons to distrust the many Wizard Twins descending on them for Courtship rights. So what's a group of strong willed sorceresses to do? Read When Wizards Rule to find out. Lora Leigh has put forth a well written story of erotic romance, intrigue, betrayal and greed. This is surely one of the most satisfying fantasy romances I have ever had the pleasure of reading.

Above all else, Princess Marina of Sellane, Keeper of Covenan, desires to avoid a Joining with the Sashtain Wizard Twins, Caise and Kai'el. She does everything within her power to avoid them, to no avail. They seek her out at every opportunity and they even manage to invade her dreams. Dreams that are erotic and full of intense heat and passion. Dark forces are working to overtake the people and the land of Covenan. More determined than ever, Caise and Kai'el use all of their sensual and mystical powers to convince Marina to accept the Joining, a melding of her magick with theirs. As the danger escalates, Marina must decide if she can give her body, heart, and soul to the powerful Wizard Twins who draw her so deeply. Lora Leigh is one of my favorite authors and I eagerly awaited this book. Ms. Leigh has woven a tale of magic, love and erotic sex. This installment of the series gives the reader a greater understanding of the Wizard Twins and their world. The plot is full of intrigue and suspense. I was sure I knew the source of the dark magic, but in the climatic plot twist, I was delighted to be wrong. This book kept my heart pounding from more than the action packed suspense. The love story between the Wizards and the Sorceress is enormously romantic. And heart thunderingly erotic! I can wholeheartedly recommend this book.
