This is an excellent book for those who are seeking an introductory overview of the problem of clergy sexual misconduct. It uses case studies to demonstrate the underlying weaknesses and intentions of the pastor involved; the vulnerabilities of the victim; feelings of betrayal, possible scapegoating, grief and trauma of all those in the congregation; the questions they demand answers to; and their subsequent questioning and re-examination of all other pastors within in their church. It is an excellent building block from which those affected by this common, damaging problem can progress to more detailed information and insights. A brilliant primer, highly recommended to all!
