As we move through this pandemic with its tragedy, fluctuating restrictions, devastating economic impact and unknown timeline, it's important to name the discomfort, pain and distress in a way that leads us through the feelings rather than around them. It is through the expression of creativity that we move through difficult and stressful times.

What is mentionable is manageable-a creativity journal is a series of 30 short reflections with several creative prompts for the reader to reflect on. These prompts can be used to inspire journal writing, painting, drawing or any other creative medium the reader uses to express themselves.
