Sweet, soft book, lots of soft consonant alliteration

I enjoyed this book as an alternative to high-energy books like “Dinosaur Roar” or other books that elicit squeals and tickles. This was a nice pre-nap or pre-bedtime wind-down cozy book. The words sound poetic and can be a little hypnotic, the illustrations are lovely watercolors. This was our “bring it down a notch” book, and was absolutely none the less beloved for it.
