This book reminds us that there really was a time when kids did something other than play computer games and watch TV. Loved your book. Lots of great humor that I can relate to. Brought back so many memories that I myself lived. Growing up in the Texas hill country in the 1950's could be hard. This book tells the many obstacles a country girl goes thru, learning as you go. Everyone needs to read this book.
