Great for Weavers

I found this book fascinating! It was really interesting to me to read about the history of Theo Moorman's progression as an artist and a craftsman. The technique is probably beyond me at this point as I am a relatively new weaver, but I will try it when my skills are at a higher level. For other folks (like me) who have a rigid heddle loom as well as a four harness loom, there is an article in the Winter 2006 issue of Spin-Off which describes a somewhat similar technique which can be done on an rh loom. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in the interaction between art and craft and anyone who wants to learn techniques for creating images in weaving.
