This is a great book and is a must read for anyone interested in pursuing a career as a judge! Judge Gray uses his vast judicial experience to give the reader a ture insider's look at the duties and responsibilities of our judicial officers in the many areas of law which they oversee. The book is full of useful anecdotes and examples from Judge Gray's years on the bench. I particularly enjoyed Judge Gray's perspectives on the import role judges play in society and their ability to have an enduring positive impact both on and off the bench. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in learning more about our justice system!

I very much enjoyed reading this book. Its very useful to anyone with an interest in the judicial system. Its great for judges or those aspiring to become a judge, but it is also very interesting to anyone with an interest in our court system. The author includes lots of good humor and many wonderful quotes and historical references. I loved it.
