What a terrific book! My kids had so much fun doing these experiments that they didn't even realize how much they were learning. I'd recommend We Dare You! to anybody with a child who needs to spend less time playing video games and more time using their brains. I am saving some of the more exciting experiments for the first snow day this winter... One of the best aspects of this book is that most of the supplies needed are things that you already have at home. There is little to no need to go shopping before trying out the activities, which is a huge plus to a busy (and on a budget!) parent. This is also the perfect book for summer camps and school-age child care programs-- great ideas for hands-on learning with a scientific twist. You (and your children!) won't be disappointed if you purchase this book!
