A role model for aggro players

The book "Wayne Rooney, My Story," by Wayne Rooney, is a phenomenal story about a young Irish soccer player striving to make a name for himself in the Barclays Premiere League in England. Soccer has always been a hobby of mine, and I've been playing since the age of four. I have always dreamed of playing professional soccer, more specifically in the English Premiere League. The reviews I read made me decide to read this specific book because so many soccer players had said that they enjoyed it, so I knew I would as well. The author wrote with complete accuracy throughout the entire book. This surprised me because while reading this book, I was often shocked at some of the facts the book was telling me, such as Wayne joining Everton's school of Excellence at the age of nine. After hearing such things, I looked up Wayne Rooney bio on Google and found that the book was telling the truth. I support the reviews I read that said the book was great and very interesting. I disagree with the few negative reviews claiming that Wayne Rooney is a cocky player. I believe he has achieved enough to be cocky. Even though I find him confidant not cocky. Great Book!!!

This is a well written book and a good story of one of the best footballers of our day. The insight into the youth football scene overseas is facinating. I can't wait for the next book when Wayne talks about the many EPL titles and hopefully a World Cup Title.

Perfectly passable ghosted bio

I enjoyed this quick trip thru the life of a young soccer talent. Don't expect War and Peace and you won't moan about the plight of literature.
