At first the book started off kinda of slow, but once i got into it, and stuck with it, i enjoyed the novel. I could understand della and Sunday wanting to know more about their past, when they found out there father hadn't drowned liked they had throught. There was a lot of thinking back in the book, you have to be prepared for, but it's worth the read.
