      This book is a great guide to be closer to Christ in the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar and to Our Mother Mary. I start every visit reading a chapter. Sometimes I am amazed that a reading for a particular visit reflects exactly the way I feel.       This book greatly increased my devotion to the Blessed Sacrament during Holy Hours. I am a 22 year old college student and loved how the book was easy to follow along with strong quotes by saints daily.
