This is one of the best cookbooks I have ever owned. It is a wonderful resource for traditional Virginia recipes such as Chesapeake Clam Chowder and Williamsburg Dressing. It was given to me as a gift and the recipes are so elegant and easy I would suggest it for even the most timid cook!
