Nice, but no chocolate!

This is a pretty little book with lots of luscious, fruity recipes. They all look great-- nice pictures. It has a useful section in the beginning to explain what types of glasses and other materials are best to use. I would have given the book a 5 Star rating, but for the fact that there is not even one recipe for a chocolate drink. I remember a delectable cocktail I had in 1980 called a Silver Cloud. I would have liked to have had a recipe for a virgin one, or something like it. But still, this is a great book.
