Fantastic, Easy Vegetarian

This book contains recipes that anyone can cook. Using ingedients that most of us have in the larder, each recipe is clear and easy to follow. One of the best points of this book is the sumptuous pictures that accompany every recipe. People with children wwill find their familes don't turn up their noses at this food. It's simple, tasty, everyday food. There is no rating for each dishe's fat content, but there is a calorie count. This is the kind of food vegetarians can serve to meat eaters too. An invaluable addition to any kitchen.
