Using Your Chakras

This isn't just a book to read, it is a manual you can dip into. It is really useful to a practitioner seeking to aid healing especially of stubborn states that people have found debilitating and hard to shift. There is information about chakras that is not in many books and I have found this a useful lead in guiding me towards a wider search for answers. I recommend this book, although some of the text is repeated from Ms White's earlier work, it's easier to have that information in this book which has a slightly different slant than it is to look it up elsewhere. The book has opened up a whole new area for me to explore. It is best to approach it with a very open mind in order to glean the information held within; Ms White is very open about the ways in which she receives the information that guides her, and some may find it fanciful.
