Not very academic or recognised as an introductory method to theology by any Bible College, but I thought if upstairs is Heaven, and downstairs is Hell, the 'lady's chamber' could then represent 'a new earth'; for when considering our final abode, our final destination, or whatever words/ concept you would prefer, it isn't just Heaven or Hell. That may have been the old me, and indeed millions of others, but we also have to accept the Bible refers...
