When I started this book I was glued to it like no one ever glued before. I couldn't put this book down and it was amazing how the author got you hook. When I first started this book I thought, "what is going to happen if Neil dies and if Ethan goes back to the amish ways? What is Leah going to do if that happens? When it does happen I...have no clue of what she is going to do. I felt so sorry for her. When you read this novel you get to know her and you feel what she is feeling through the words of the book. So when I found out Ethan went back to his family I felt every bit of her pain. -Shelby Farar-

Leah finds her visit to nappanee where she sees her beloved Ethan comforting. When Ethan decides to stay with leah and her familyfor a while Leah feels the closet to ethan she has ever been however,their worlds, customs, and traditions are still diffrent will leahs "english" ways and Ethans "simple" ways collide or will their love for each other stay strong? This book, and this series, is like none other i've ever read! It captures love, lost, and friendship. When Neil discovers his cancer is back, she wants to go to the person that will make her feel comforted, Ethan, and the Longarce Family. I didn't put this book down all day, and yes, i finished this series in 3 days, all 3 books! I wish this book ended, the way i would have liked it to end, but in fact, I am liking the ending now, it shows that Leah, is indeed at home, where she belongs, so please to anyone reading this, don't pass this book up, it truely is one of a kind! :)

"Until Angels Close My Eyes" is a great book! Lurlene McDaniels, has really captured thatlove and emotion of Leah and Ethan. This novel mad me feel happy and sad! The main charectar, Leah, has been through so much, and everything seems to be going wrong in her life. Her father ran off and left her mother and her alone. Her mother has married a lot of men. Leah has gone through cancer. Her mother's frequent husband, was diagnosed with cancer, again. She met an Amish boy, that she fell in love with. She went through little Rebekah's death. I felt sorry for her. Ethan is the Amish boy she fell in love with while she was in the hospital for chemo therapy. He his sweet. I liked him the best. He was old-fashion, and he seemed to respect Leah very much. He was trying to find his brother, Eli. This book is very good. Everyone who is anyone should read this book. I recomend this book to anyone who is willing to read it.Thank-you!

Well Lurlene McDaniel continues to amaze us with this wonderful new book in the Angel series, surprises around every corner force you to keep reading. Although the ending is slightly harsh we have faith that Ms.McDaniel will write us another to get over the terrible (and surprising) loss of Ethan. There is still much we want to know, Does Leah go to college, does she find a new boyfriend, does her mother remarry? We gotta know this stuff! No matter how sad this book may be I still give it two thumbs up because it is still an incredible story and the characters so complex and interesting it's hard to put down. PLEASE MS. MCDANIEL! WRITE US ANOTHER!
