Ultimate Cheesecakes

I do not own this book, but every time I make a cheesecake, I borrow it from a lady that I work with. I have never failed to get rave reviews from my homemade cheesecakes. My dad never thought I would learn to cook, but when he tasted the Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake that I made for my husband's birthday, he wanted to know where we bought it so that he could go buy one! I find it funny, too, that people are so impressed with homemade cheesecakes, but I know they're really not that hard--if I can make them, anyone can, and this is the best book to get for them!
