The book gives an excellent assessment tool for determining TQ readiness. The step-by-step process of implementing TQ is well documented. Problem-solving using the improvement method is excellent. I especially enjoyed the communication effectiveness instrument, a real plus for our organization. Well written, easy-to-read. A helpful guide for future businesses.
