The job interview questions are designed for a telephone interview, and the IT manager can just ask the questions and compare the responses to the "ideal" answer. The book also discusses how to find personal information without breaking the law.

This book has ready questions and answers for almost any programmer question and I was most satisfied with the quality and content.
