It was a good, brief account of a woman's participation in the IRA, and it was all pretty much first-hand experience, so straight from the horse's mouth. The only problem I have with the book is that McGuire spent most of it either bashing MacStiofain or depicting, in tenuous detail, press releases or strategies. I wish she had added more from her personal life, to really give perspective on how the IRA had changed all aspects of her daily routine.
i though it was very good and informative
