Meet Timmy: a 48-year-old man-child who's never worked a day in his life, still lives with his dad, and spends most of his time playing video games, bingeing cartoons, and bonding with his disturbingly lifelike love doll. Written by an actual immature pasty fat balding man-child, this semi-autobiographical fever dream is authenticity at its finest-or at least its weirdest.
When Timmy's fed-up father heads to a retirement paradise in Boca, Timmy is thrust into a world he barely understands. Left to fend for himself, he embarks on an epic misadventure featuring Soviet submarines in suspiciously shallow waters, religious zealots with questionable theology, an Indigenous Brazilian man with a Scottish accent (yes, really), and a flock of bloodthirsty ostriches.
Absurd? Definitely. Chaotic? Oh, you bet. But along the way, Timmy stumbles through life's greatest mysteries: independence, self-discovery, and the faint glimmer of enlightenment... assuming he doesn't get pecked to death first.
