Threads of Evidence

"Treads of Evidence" would be a great book for readers to research if they were interested in forensic science and would enjoy the reading of books that involve solving all types of crimes. Even if you are not interested in solving crimes, this book is interesting for a reader of some other sort. Herma Silverstein, is detailed about each crime written about. Although she has a shallow topic to write about, she broadens the topic wide enough to cover all the different crimes she descibes. She also uses a short story to tell each crime so that readers can vividly picture them in their minds, as if they were the one fixing to solve the crime. She gives step by step detail of how scientists use forensic science to solve these mysteries.
