I thought it was the 3rd edition

I love the book it’s just that I thought I was getting the third edition not the second edition based off of the photo listed anyhow overall really amazing book. I do give a three stars because it says it’s the third edition in the photo and I got the second.

Very informative

I already knew a lot of what this book talks about, but it was nice to have the scientific facts about everything.

needed this

haven't yet folllowed the workouts but it was a good read and I learned alot. Meal plan and workout suggestions in there

Best Book Ever

I finished this book within about 3 weeks, it changed my perspective of how I workout. He not only gets into the simple science behind everything (which makes it just that more amazing to read) but also breaks down everything to get the perfect physique you want. He makes it so simple to understand and there is no dull moment in the book. (I barely could put it down... but I was reading during work.. ) I am excited to start implementing more and more of his tips in order to get where I want to be. My first fitness journey eating correctly and working out every time I could I lost 45 lbs... but after going through a plateau and not staying focused on my goals I gained 50 lbs back within a year. I started this book about 3 weeks after getting back in the gym and I have already lost 10 lbs within 2 months! I know it is a new journey but I believe with his help I can accomplish them easier, and maintain my goals longer. Thank you again Mike!
