Book manuscripts, a mayoral race, a married man and a murder mystery - this is a smart sexy read. I love Julia Moran, a heroine vulnerable to bad men and even worse ulcers, whisking me through the kaleidoscope of NYC's cultural scene. Never thought that Gladys Knight and the Pips would come in handy for a great escape. Besides all this, I could not resist a book with such a great title!
