There Must Be Something MORE!

If you like to know more about the journey of Sid Roth here's your chance. I enjoyed his honesty and his witness of how God can change a person. This man is smart and on fire for God.

"There Must Be Something More!" is Sid Roth's memoir of growing up Jewish. He takes the reader back with him to his childhood, his insecurities, his manipulation of people, his dream of becoming a millionaire before he turned 30, and his entry into the influence of New Age Doctrine. After experiencing multiple career dead-ends, a failed marriage, and what he attributes to demon attacks which left him with a sense of losing his mind and suicidal, Sid called out to Jesus as the promised Messiah of Hebrew Bible prophecy. Here Sid found his answer. He found peace of mind and was reunited with his wife and daughter. Since that time Sid's desire is to be an instrument pointing others to this same Jesus, to the Jew first. This is not a point of view that will be accepted universally. Therefore this book is not for everyone. However seekers who have not found answers in secularism, agnosticism, or traditional religious teaching will welcome the message Roth proclaims. Articles by included by Dr. Michael Brown address keys specific to Messianic Prophecy that will be helpful to seekers from traditional Jewish backgrounds and understanding. I personally, just simply enjoy Sid Roth's writing. He is a natural communicator and gifted story teller with a unique sense of humor. I sense in him a desire to introduce Jesus to all people, of every background, through his story and ministry. "There must be Something More!" is entertaining, informational, and compelling.

Sid Roth shares personal testimony to show how the living Lord Jesus came to live in him. His testimony will encourage believers and non-believers that no matter what your circumstances or background Jesus is the answer. The author (who is Jewish) asks Jews to think for themselves. He compares Isaiah 53, and other Old Testament prophecies to Israel's Messiah "Yeshua" Jesus. Anyone seeking answers to the truth of a Jewish Messiah will find the answers in this book.

I've read some of the previous reviews that say that Sid Roth is a "traitor Jew", but I do not agree with that assessment. Sid Roth is a man who was deeply involved in the New Age movement and occult practices. This book details his search for "something more." He found that in Jesus, the Messiah. If you enjoy biographies of saints or other spiritual people you will enjoy this book. If you are involved in the occult or new age, and don't understand what we Christians have "found", you just might come to understand, reading this book.

Poor Mr. Roth has really done good job of "exciting" people. He really has a heart for God (the true G-O-D, not the idol type). As for these people afraid of this message in his book... losen-up! God loves EVERYONE. And Jesus Died for you just like for everyone else! Christianity is not a cult, It's a loving companionship with The True God. I'll be praying for you.
