We loved this book as a family read aloud. My kids loved it, I loved it as a kid and now I love it as an adult and my husband loved it. The biggest problem is that I have a hard time reading the ending out loud because I'm a cry baby. haha.

Ron Carter is truly a gifted author. He captures his audience from the first few pages. Wonderful story of a teenage boy's experience of driving the cattle.
