This cookbook is great! We have not had a bad meal yet! My husband went from 260 lbs to 237 lbs in 4 ½ weeks - all from eating healthy meals from this cookbook and exercising. The book tells you how many calories are in each meal, the serving size and how long it takes too cook. To make this cookbook work for you, make sure you have an open mind to trying a wide variety of food. I am a very picky eater, but I've overcome a lot of my eating habits since using this cook book. We love that you use fresh ingredients and it's suitable for a small family. Give it a try!!!
