All things considered, this book is true to its name; it is about a wife upstairs. Unfortunately, that’s all it is.
I really wanted to like this book, but when I got to the end of it, I was like “That’s it? What was the point?” The plot twist (if it can even be called that) was so predictable and the characters were honestly insufferable. I felt like it dragged on. Don’t waste your time with this one.
I lOved this book!

The main character comes from a rough background and it gives her such an extremely relatable perspective that it's uncanny. I couldn't stop reading and tore through this book in about a day. And having dyslexia it's not something that's the easiest to do, but I couldn't stop reading. Great twists and ended in such a way that a second book could easily come of it!
I wanted to like this book.

I was looking forward to reading this book but it just fell flat for me. I found all the characters to be unlike able. There is a twist so that was interesting, but overall I didn’t enjoy this book.
