An Excellent Story of the terrible and Horrific life ..the Jewish people had to endure..while being forced from their Beautiful homes...and Excellent jobs and businesses...and everything they owned in life...to live in the deplorable conditions of the Warsaw Ghetto. There is...No running water..no heat..No food, many living shoved together on top of each other. No medicines or Hospital care for the old, sick ...and the very young. You are introduced to a few main characters in the story...that try their best to do what they can...and that is..to take out the young young children...sneak them out of the Ghetto..away from a certain death sentence...separating them from the only family they know....But little do the young ones understand..that their very lives are being saved. It is a story full of strong feelings... Terrible Heartbreak...Love and Devotion to family, resistance against the Nazi's and the fight for salvation and life. It is about young love..and the test and endurance of all that has happened to them...to ultimately fight to survive...not give up...and to find one another again. Excellent story, Excellent writing ..Kelly Rimmer's name speaks for itself...she is an Excellent Author !! Every bit deserving of 5 stars !! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I loved this book and didn't want it to end. One of the best I've read recently.

Wonderful book

I couldn’t put it down.

I didn’t realize this was a follow up to another book and now I plan on getting that (and probably all the other books from this author) she immediately makes you fall in love with the characters and I got swept away with this story.

My best read for the year!

This book had everything in it, including love. It really showed all the atrocities and hardships that everyone had to endure, but it was a great read! I recommend!
