awesome book

jessica is upset that elizabeth didn't put in a story about the unicorns on the school newspaper due to a last minute decision, so she accuses elizabeth of thinking the unicorns are not all that, and the unicorns start their own school newspaper, on purple paper and all and when it doesn't do well, they pretend to know a rock star, but how far can they go? Far enough for the whole school to believe this rock star is coming to their school dance, what's going to happen? The unexpected. Read it to find out!

The Unicorn News

When Sweet Valley Sixers leaves out stuff The Unicorn Club did,The Unicorns decide it's time to put out their own paper.First what to call it. The suggested,Hoof Print, and others. It's also called Middle School News. They charge for it. The Sweet Valley Sixers is free. Those girls have some nerve!

It was too good to put down

Elizabeth promises to let there be a Unicorn article in the Sixers, a newspaper that Elizabeth writes and types with her buds, the Sixers staff. The Unicorns are a popular club, but they're never in the newspaper and this time they were supposed to be, only a new story-the most important story, had to be replaced with the Unicorns article. That makes Jessica mad along with the Unicorns, so they decide to make their own newspaper. The newspaper war and the war between the twins are on! The Unicorns are trying to make their newspaper better than the Sixers. Their paper is going out a day before. "It will be much better than the Sixers!" the Unicorns smiled. "It will be printed on purple paper and it will blow the Sixers away!" the Unicorns cheered. The Unicorns may be a better paper. The Sixers may be gone! Maybe the Sixers won't be gone though. They were supposed to have eight pages, but it was so much, so they had six. They were supposed to have their newspaper come out on Tuesday, but they can't use the ditto machine. Getting purple paper isn't so great of an idea. You can hardly read the ink. They misspelled words. Maybe, just maybe, the next Unicorn paper will be better. The Unicorns shortened it to four pages on white paper and not all of it is about the Unicorns. They changed the name from The Unicorn News to The Middle School News. Their newspaper is coming out on Wednesday. The Unicorns' newspaper could be better then the Sixers' newspaper. And the Sixers can be gone, forever. No one really wanted the Sixers newspaper and they all wanted the Unicorns paper instead. This may mean, Good-bye, Sixers! The gym teacher wants to see Jessica before lunch. She asks about the newspaper and the most popular article, about someone famous, Donny Diamond. The Unicorns had made an interview and wrote questions and Donny was supposed to answer the questions, but he's famous. "Where and how would you find him?" one Unicorn member said. Instead of getting Donny Diamond they just answered their own questions. Everyone who read the newspaper loved it. Soon the Unicorns made up a new article and you write questions to Donny. The Unicorns were going to answer them though, not Donny Diamond. When the gym teacher wants to see Jessica, she asked questions like, "How do you know Donny Diamond?" Jessica lies. Jessica thinks the gym teacher is suspicious. Jess gets a letter saying: Dear Unicorns, I have to give you an A for effort. But the picture of Donny Diamond was a fake. You're just pretending to know him. Here's a question for you. You'd better answer it quick, before you get yourselves in big trouble. How long can you go before you get caught? If Jessica gets in trouble her newspaper may be gone, forever. Then again, maybe it won't. If you want to find out read The War Between The Twins, by: Francine Pascal. It's a fabulous book.

This was a really good book!
