A heart touching story about life through the eyes of a stuffed rabbit and his playroom buddies. Not always happy, but so insightful. Loved this story since my youth.

I love this story and I wanted to get it for my granddaughter. Especially since it had the CD with it. Because she has a hard time reading but she is learning and I think this would be great for her to read along with the CD.

I’ve been on the hunt for this book for a while now, it’s my father’s favorite children’s story and he’s been wanting to have it again. I ordered it on 9/7 and just got it today on 9/11. I’m incredibly pleased with it and am excited to give it to him for his 59th birthday.

I wanted this book for my toddler, but the edition I purchased had only a few pictures and mostly words. I suggest you read the description carefully or get more info on the edition before buying to make sure you're getting what you expect.

They forgot to differentiate between the full version, and an abridged version. I recieved the abridged version.
This is only the second out of probably 70 books I've ordered in which I am VERY disappointed.

Very small copy. I don't have bad eyes and I can't see the words good enough to read it. Maybe it was stated in the description but it wasn't clear.

I gave this book to my friends daughter along with other Velveteen Rabbit items...but the coloring really topped it off. She started coloring at her birthday party before anyone left. The story of the little rabbit has always been a favorite of mine and I have shared it with many children over the years. The coloring book added a nice touch to the package of Velveteen Rabbit items.

I bought this for my daughter (age 2) because she loves the Lisa McCue bunny stories. This is such a beautiful and classic story. Lisa's illustrations are so real and details - you want to pick up the bunnies from the book and just hug them (as my daughter pretends to do). And since it is a board book - even better! Highly Recommended!

Any book with Lisa McCue's name as author or especially illustrator will be a winner with your little one. The bunnies are so winsome and adorable that this will become a favorite! The story is a classic and an easy to understand version for the younger child coupled with the wonderful illustrations, it will easily become a must read for you and your child!

I feel that The Velveteen Rabbit, was one of the most memorable books that my parents read to me. I will continue to pass it on to my children, in hope that they too will think that it if they respect their teddy bears and rabbits, and give them that extra care, that they too will come to life.
