I think the book was very interesting to hear what it was like for different people and their experiences. It was surprising to see how much kinder (children) that were taken away from their to parents to hide from the Nazis and escaped. Overall this book was very good at getting a good understanding of what the Holocaust was like.

It explains how some daring, resourceful and lucky Jews slipped the Nazi noose and what the aftermath of their harrowing experiences were.
