I live on a farm and we raise organic beef so this cookbook was a must for me. Well organized and great recipes.

With my husband unemployed we need to watch our grocery budget by using more ground beef. I found the recipes are pretty good. There is a nice varity of recipes. Although this is not a Must Have cookbook, I'm glad I bought it.

My order came quickly and packed so the book was in perfect condition (just like I ordered it). I will be back for more.
