Boardroom Bridegrooms Trilogy by Liz Fielding Claibourne & Farraday is an exclusive London department store that has been run by the eldest male of either the Claibourne or Farraday families. For the past thirty years, the store has been under the control of Peter Claibourne and on his retirement, his three daughters want to take over his role, with the eldest daughter at the helm. But the Farraday men won't hear of it. After all the control is always passed on to the eldest male. Now the women need to prove to the men that they can run the company better. So they issue a challenge. For a month, each Farraday male must shadow a Claibourne female in order to understand the workings of the company. These are their stories. The Corporate Bridegroom by Liz Fielding Harlequin Romance # 3700 - May 2002 Romana's in charge of PR for the store. And the month that Niall is assigned to shadow her is one of the busiest on her calendar. Romana had seen photo's of Niall, but in person this investment banker is dangerously attractive. Niall isn't sure how to take Romana. He's not sure if she's all an act for the benefit of keeping the store in Claibourne hands, or if she's really this courageous, intelligent woman who seems to have the store's best interests at heart. The Marriage Merger by Liz Fielding Harlequin Romance # 3704 - June 2002 Flora is passionate about archaeology and finding lost art. She uses her trips to places little known as inspiration for new jewelry and fabric lines for the store. It's Bram's month to shadow a Claibourne sister, and is surprised that his task will take him to a tropical island on the quest to see the treasures of the lost princess. Bram soon discovers there's alot too this woman who hides behind drab over-sized clothes. The Tycoon's Takeover by Liz Fielding Harlequin Romance # 3708 - July 2002 India is the eldest sister and the woman at the helm of the department store. Jordan wants revenge on the Claibourne. Years ago, India's father stole the control of the store from his mother and now he's going to win it back. Though written as a trilogy, each story can stand on it's own. However, I recommend reading them all. They are all very good reads. Each Claibourne woman has found their match in a Farraday man. I found it great fun to see these tough guys succumb to the charms of their enemies.
